What’s the insulation in the box made of?

It’s known as premium grade wood excelsior, made in the USA. This product is also known as "Wood Wool" or "American Moss". It is natural & 100% biodegradable, made from non-toxic and non-allergenic Aspen wood fibers.

Where are your products made?

  • Our body and spirit products are all natural and handmade in the USA. Since we don’t use chemicals and preservatives, we make them in small batches to keep them fresh and only restock them after we’ve sold out.

  • Swag products (mugs & shirts) are made to order by a 3rd party company.


Sold out?! How do I know when my fave item is restocked?

Sign up to receive our emails! These emails will include exclusive offers, product announcements, events, and restock info. Restock information will also be posted on our social channels.


Can I order a custom or unscented product?

Absolutely! We are happy to provide you with a custom or altered product. This may take longer to ship because it would be made on demand and labeling could differ from our current aesthetic. Contact us for more info.


Can I make a custom order or order in bulk/wholesale?

Yes, we can accommodate custom and bulk/wholesale orders with a reasonable amount of time to prepare and label products. Please contact us for special requests. We’re happy to work with you!

Questions About Shipping

I can’t wait to receive my package! When should I expect it?

  1. Bracelets, body products, and books ship from NYC. Ship time ranges from 1-5 business days depending on your distance from NYC.

  2. Swag products (mugs & shirts) are made to order; shipping times will vary.


What are your shipping methods?

All packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).


Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere within the continental US, to PO boxes, and to military locations (Apo/Fpo/Dpo).


Questions About Orders Placed

My order never arrived, what’s up with that?

Check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn’t help, contact us with your name and order number and we’ll help you out!


My order arrived damaged. Fix it!

Wooo sahhh, sis. Contact us with your order number + a photo of the damage and we’ll work with you to replace it.


My product arrived melted, what the heck?!

Mailboxes can get insanely hot in the summer, as can packages left out on a porch on a hot day. If your product does melt or soften, don't trip. Leave your product at room temperature for a couple hours or pop it in the fridge or freezer for a bit and it'll go back to its solid form. It may look a little different but it will still be the same super nourishing product.


Questions About Returns & Exchanges

Will I receive confirmation after I place an order?

After you place an order, the order summary page will confirm the details of the order you have placed. The status of your order will also be sent to you via email. When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information for your package.


I’ve placed my order. What If I need to change it?

We ship orders out pretty quickly, but we’re happy to help if you reach out prior to shipping.


Can I get a refund?

Please contact us for an refund. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. Returns can be made within 15 days of your delivery for a refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please make sure to record your tracking number; once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and a refund will be issued.


Can I exchange my product for a different one?

Please contact us for an exchange. We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please make sure to record your tracking number; once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and ship the replacement.
